BUSINESS PACKAGE AGREEMENT

 

This agreement is made effective as of February 6, 2015, between Optimum Transportation Company of Georgia Inc. /DBA Optimum Transport Network ("Company"), 50 Hurt Plaza. Atlanta, Georgia 30303, and_________________________,

 

STANDARD BUSINESS PACKAGE (MANAGED) INCLUDES:

Commercial Equipment: Three tractor trailers (Sleeper cabs).

Four class A CDL Drivers.

Three freight contracts providing trailers and freight for up to 100 trucks.

Incorporation Package including EIN, custom logo and banking reference.

DOT number, United Carrier Registration and Federal Motor Carrier Authority.

One operations account, one maintenance account, and one payroll account.

Contracts include but are not limited to JB Hunt Inc., Elite National Transportation, and Liberty Land Carriers.

Buyers hold the right to work any other contracts outside of Company network.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES. Company will manage periodic maintenance, repairs, dispatching, fuel, insurance, drivers, accounting, and growth geared towards increasing the revenue associated with each truck.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Company assures that it has and will continue to further obtain freight, drivers, and contracts to provide revenue for all units.

 

PAYMENT. Buyers shall pay $50,000.00 at the time this agreement is signed.

$45,000.00 Standard Business Package price, plus $5,000.00 annual management fee. All Buyers will also retain the right to enter additional units for $10,000.00 each.

 

STANDARD BUSINESS PACKAGE (MANAGED) INCLUDES:

 

  1. Commercial Equipment: Three tractor trailers (Sleeper cabs).

  2. Four class A CDL Drivers.

  3. Three freight contracts providing trailers and freight for up to 100 trucks.

  4. (Buyer may choose to work one or all three contracts simultaneously)

  5. Buyer holds the right to work any other contracts outside of Company network.

  6. Incorporation Package including EIN, custom logo and banking reference.

  7. DOT number, United Carrier Registration and Federal Motor Carrier Authority.

  8. One operations account, one maintenance account, and one payroll account.

 

AVERAGE RATE PER MILE = $1.85 USD 2500 AVERAGE MILES PER WEEK

WEEKLY GROSS REVENUE $4,625.00 MONTHLY GROSS REVENUE $18,500.00

 

WEEKLY EXPENSES PER TRUCK:

  • TRUCK LEASE - $350.00

  • FUEL - $2,100.00

  • DRIVER - $800.00

  • INSURANCE - $200.00

  • PERIODIC MAINT. - $300.00

  • MISC MAINT. - $125.00

 

WEEKLY NET REVENUE = $750.00

MONTHLY NET PROFIT (PER TRUCK) $3,000.00

 

A total of 3 trucks = $9,000.00 monthly net profit

TOTAL ANNUAL NET PROFIT = $108,000.00

Future trucks may be added at cost of $10,000.00 each.
