Black Owned Vs. White Owned: Do you notice a difference?

Don't act like you haven't noticed a slight difference in the service you get from "Black Businesses" compared to "White business", oh yes, I SAID IT!!! Even though I'm about to show you a few huge differences that might piss you off, I will give the businesses "Owners" the benefit of a doubt, and just say "Operated" instead of "Owned", because most business "Owners" do not operate their businesses especially the larger companies, franchises, and chains (Mcdonald's, Wendy's, Popeyes, etc.). Now, I have notice the difference for awhile, and it's gotten me to the point where I go the extra mile just to shop at establishments that won't have me jumping into "Ratchet" character just to get what I asked for, smh. Oh yeah, some of these businesses will take you there, and some of them make it very hard to resist punching the employees in the throat. When I've noticed that I've entered into this type of environment (Whether white, or black) I immediately exit, and sometimes I leave without even getting my money back, because I rather walk away from a $5 meal than to pick up an overnight stay in jail, court cost, and restitution fees.

Humm, maybe this article should've read black "employees Vs. white "employees since it's usually the people that work in these establishments that make the difference. I mean, seriously, some of these businesses need to FIRE, and RE-hire most of it's staff, because they are poorly being operated, and they seem to have no home training, customer service skills, professionalism, or any type of relevant training for the job at all. From my experiences of doing business with both black, and white businesses, I've experienced more of poor customer service, and disrespect at the black operated establishments, and more discrimination, and racism at the white establishments so I came to the conclusion that whether, a business is white operated, or black operated you will experience some type of dissatisfaction from the both of them at some point in time. It's not always the business, the owner, or you, it's "The employees". Yes, everyone have bad days, but that's no excuse, because as an employee you're to hold yourself to a certain standard of professionalism, therefore IF you seem to be having a bad day every time you're at work, then maybe you need to be looking for you another job that you actually LIKE, because your attitude clearly reflects your dislike of being at work. Maybe, it's not often that you have bad days, and that day was just one of those days that you rarely have where you just wasn't in a good mood, well, try to avoid contact with others, hold your tongue, or excuse yourself from coming into contact with customers until you can calm down, and get yourself together, or simply don't go into work that day. You don't want to end up on worldstar hip-hop, it's not a good look, especially if you're over 30, Ijs.

Lol, Oh...you thought "Black" folk were the only ones that are ratchet? Now you know, your folk are too.
