Renters are eager to renew their lease agreements. Surprisingly, Not everyone dream of owning their own home- For obvious reasons- Once upon a time, owning your own home was one of life's most sought after accomplishments. If you owned your home, you were assumed to have made it, or was financially set! Home ownership used to be a BIG DEAL! The housing market was booming, and everyone was working towards achieving the "Home Ownership" goal. Now, it doesn't quite appear that way anymore. There have been a lot of speculation about "home ownership" that has lead a lot of skeptics to settle into the idea of renting for the rest of their lives.

Recent homeowners say if they had to do it again, they wouldn't! Some say the responsibility is overwhelming, and if you're living on a budget it's almost impossible to keep up with all the expenses. In today's economy the only reason to buy is to acquire ownership, or equity. Renting doesn't provide that option, so renters will never own their place of residency and will continue to pay rent for the rest of their lives. There's an upside to this though, if people keep the cost of rent low enough, they'll have enough money left over to invest to make up for their lack of home equity — seemingly if they actually put money aside.
